Sunset House Lower is an apartment style house with 2 separate rooms, a bedroom and a living room. The rooms offer direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy the amazing view, relax, and feel the sea breeze.
Each house comes with:
- Sea view from the bedroom, living room and balcony.
- Furnished apartment with living room (fan only)
- King size bed in separate bedroom
- 2 extra beds available on request
- Private (indoor) bathroom with amenities and hair dryer
- Small private balcony with chairs and sea view
- Access to a pathway leading to a pavilion with sea view
- Air-conditioned room

Ideal for: A couple/family who prefers a spacious apartment or a family of 2 adults and up to 3 children. If you are travelling with a larger family/group of friends we recommend you book the full Sunset House (2 x upper and 1 x lower units).
Accommodates: 2 adults and up to 3 children (2 children in 2 extra beds and 1 child sharing bed with parents)
Units: 1 Sunset Lower Apartment.
Note: The Sunset Lower Apartment can be combined with the Sunset Upper x 2 rooms for a full Sunset House (if you book Sunset House Upper 2 rooms and 1 Sunset Lower Apartment).
Extra Bed for child or adult = extra charge 800 THB per person for all room types.
Meal Rate (Breakfast) = 200 per person for only a child (2-11 year) , and the validity of this price is 1 November – 31 October
Remark : Compulsory dinners impose on 24 December (Christmas Eve) and 31 December (New Year Eve)
Adult : 2000 THB per person
Child (2 – 11 years) : 1000 THB per person
